Refund and Returns Policy
At Flowers Forrid International, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our floral arrangements. Since we deal with perishable goods, our policy is designed to ensure fairness while accounting for the delicate nature of our products.

1. Freshness Guarantee & Damaged Goods


We want your flowers to arrive in beautiful condition. If your order arrives damaged, wilted, or in poor condition, please follow these steps:
Timeframe: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Evidence: Provide a clear photograph of the flowers and the packaging.
Resolution: Upon verification, we will either send a replacement at the next available delivery slot or issue a full/partial refund to your original payment method.


2. Cancellations


We understand that plans change.
Standard Orders: Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.
Same-Day/Next-Day Orders: Once an order is processed or the arrangement has been created by our florists, we cannot offer a cancellation or refund.


3. Non-Returnable Items


Due to the nature of our business, the following items cannot be returned:
Perishable Goods: Fresh flowers, plants, and food hampers/gift baskets.
Custom Arrangements: Any floral designs made to specific, non-standard customer requirements.
Gift Cards: Digital or physical gift cards are non-refundable.


4. Delivery Issues


Incorrect Address: We cannot offer refunds if an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided. Please double-check your recipient’s details at checkout.
Recipient Not Home: If the recipient is not available, our couriers will follow the “safe place” instructions provided or attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbor. We do not offer refunds for flowers that perish due to being left outside or at a secondary location as per your instructions.


5. Refund Process


If a refund is approved:


The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the transaction to reflect on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
